Background


This project is the seismic reinforcement project of Dongfeng South Road Campus of shiqing international academy. The project is located near Dongfeng South Road, Chaoyang District. This project is a three-story shear wall structure above the ground. The raft foundation, built in 2007, has a building length of 89.3 meters and a width of 19.2 meters. The total height is 12.9 meters. The column distance is 9 meters, the floor height of the first floor is 4.3, the floor height of the second floor is 3.9, and the floor height of the third floor is 3.9. It is the second grade, and the original structure is designed to be used for 50 years.

Design analysis


Reinforcement plan:
1 The seismic wall in the bottom reinforcement area (first floor) is designed as a structural edge member, and the A1-A6 stirrups are at least 150mm and greater than 100mm,
2 The thickness of the seismic wall in the reinforced area at the bottom (the first floor) should be less than 1/16 (250mm) of the storey height
3 The filling walls of stairwells and passageways are reinforced with steel wire mesh mortar surface
